Overview
Most apostille outfits are forwarding addresses. You mail them a document, they mail it to Tallahassee, and everyone waits on the postal service twice over. We took the trips out. Documents are collected here in Hillsborough County — at our Westshore office or wherever you are — and carried to the Florida Department of State by a person.
That single change is why the timeline is 5 business days instead of several weeks, and it is why rejections are rare. A document that would bounce gets caught at intake, when correcting it costs a phone call rather than a fortnight. We read the seal, the notarial certificate and the destination country's requirements before anything moves.
We are a private document handling business. We are not the Department of State, not affiliated with any government agency, and not a law firm — we will not draft your power of attorney or advise you on what a foreign court will accept. What we do is get Florida documents authenticated correctly and quickly, and tell you plainly when we cannot help.

Intake is a review, not a drop-off. Wrong certificate, incomplete notarization, out-of-state record — we find it here.
$220 per document with the state's filing fee inside it. Bundles reduce the per-document rate. Nothing appears at the end.

A large share of Tampa Bay's apostille work is Spanish-language. We handle it in Spanish end to end, from the first phone call to the counter.

Our office is at 4830 W Kennedy Blvd, Suite 633K in Tampa's Westshore district, open Monday to Saturday and run by appointment. Clients travel to us from across Hillsborough plus Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Manatee, Sarasota and Hernando.

We check that what you have is actually apostillable — certified copy, correct seal, complete notarization — and that it matches what the receiving country asks for.
A person carries your document to the state counter in Tallahassee. That single decision is what removes the multi-week postal queue from the timeline.

No, and be wary of any service implying otherwise. We are a private business that files documents on your behalf. The apostille itself is issued solely by the Department of State; we are the courier, the reviewer and the point of contact.
No. We are not attorneys and cannot tell you what to put in a power of attorney or how a foreign court will treat it. We can tell you whether a document is eligible for a Florida apostille and what the destination country typically expects.

Only Florida-issued or Florida-notarized documents can receive a Florida apostille. If yours came from another state we will point you to the right office. In some cases we can notarize a copy certification here, which makes it a Florida document.
It rarely gets that far, because we vet documents at intake. If a rejection does happen for something we should have caught, we refile it at our cost.
